There is a peaceful place inside that welcomes you.
When you are in silence there is no opposition. When you are held in a safe space with trust and care it allows us to surrender, to be vulnerable and let go.
I’m deeply passionate about the human landscape. The more we inquire, the more we learn about ourselves. However, the more we surrender and let go of all we know, the more we return to our true nature.
It is my dharma (life purpose) to guide and support individuals on their healing path to be free of pain, imbalances and trauma in the body and mind so they find strength and freedom.
I offer you a safe space to quieten your mind, soften and surrender, giving you the opportunity to surrender your busy mind to your heart. I invite you to take some time to experience movement based therapy that will offer you release and will recharge your vitality to live to your fullest.
You are going to love it here if:
You are motivated for change and desire ownership of your individual healing journey.
You are seeking pain relief, joint mobilisation, clarity of mind, immunity support, and calmness for the nervous system.
You are ready to balance the body and mind while on the mat by receiving therapy and knowledge of the energetic body through the Chinese Meridian System.
You are ready to surrender your busy mind to your heart to allow you to sink into self, as the body is nourished through educated and intuitive touch.
You would like to reset behavioural and emotional holding in the body.
You are ready to create space for YOU. Rituals that not only support and nourish, but gives you the ability to live a life that is not jam packed with expectations. Instead giving you the tools to be your fullest self.
The story so far…
I am an intuitive healer, student of life, chocolate lover, yoga and health addict, music lover, pianist, a loving mum and five elements study geek that loves nothing more than to support and celebrate others.
As a young girl a remember guiding my cousins to breath as we lay and meditated. Looking back, it is clear that my destiny was to help others connect to their bodies through the union of body, mind and spirit.
I have certainly had some curve balls throughout my life that has shaped who I am. I escaped from the challenges in my growing years by binge drinking to hide from what was really under the surface, and I often felt like I wasn’t enough. Therefore, I strived to be a high achiever practicing hours a day on the piano to complete a Bachelor of music. Another degree under the belt with a Bachelor of Education, followed by years of teaching where I over worked, over drank and over thought.
There came a time when I knew something needed to change. I was tired of the turbulence on the surface of my life, so I took a deep dive within, gently unravelling the layers that were keeping me from my true self.
Meditation became my medicine, and yoga found its way into my heart. Through breath, movement and mindful practice, I discovered a safe space where long-held trauma could begin to soften and release. I embraced a healthier, more balanced way of living and, after taking leave from my teaching career, began sharing yoga with the Tooradin community in Victoria.
A few years later, my family relocated to the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, where I continued teaching yoga and was introduced to the transformative practice of Zenthai Shiatsu. Under the guidance of Gwyn Williams, I discovered that touch is sacred and can be deeply healing. One of his teachings that has stayed with me is:
“When you touch one thing with awareness, you touch everything.”
Life has now brought my family back to Victoria—to the farm where I grew up. It feels incredibly special to return to my roots and to share yoga with the Koo Wee Rup community, the place that shaped so much of who I am. My hope is to create a welcoming space where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and experience the many physical, mental and emotional benefits that yoga has to offer
Each twist and turn in my life, I am entirely grateful for. Overall, my freedom comes from discipline, discipline in my meditation rituals, yoga, healthy living, and gratitude for life.
My purpose is to guide and support you on such a journey where you will discover, awaken, see and feel the joy and beauty that exist when you are your fullest self. Empowering you with the tools and therapy to bring freedom to both body and mind.

Fun facts about me!
I LOVE my friends! Nothing fills me with more joy than being silly, having a laugh, eating tasty food, and listening to good music with them.
I’m a dark chocaholic! Watch out if I run out!
Music makes my heart sing. I grew up living on the same property as my Grandfather who was a professional musician. Music has been a huge part of my life.
My country home where I grew up is my favourite place to be. My Mum and Dad have acres of organic fresh fruit and vegetables. My mum and dad are the most giving people I know and are both amazing cooks. I could just eat and talk about food all day.
I’m a fitness fanatic. I love yoga and F45 training. Moving my body every day brings me so much joy. And an added bonus, I meet so many like-minded friends.
I have had a tattoo on my buttocks of a Red Back spider since I was 18. It’s not the prettiest. But, spiders always spin new webs, I have grown to like what it represents.
My friends call me Naddy Goat and Nads which can translate to …. Well? I was performing a piano piece at University in front of the entire school and my friends yelled out ‘GO NADS!’. Hmmmm!
The Zenthai Community is a place I go to learn, move and feel nourished. The community is accepting and loving. We love to sing, get on a mat, dance, and rejoice in life.
